Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with FMM Watches. We strive to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, please read the following policy which explains your options for returns and refunds.


1. Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return or refund only if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition with all original packaging, tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories intact.

Please note:

  • Change of mind or “no longer needed” requests are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • If an item shows signs of wear or damage after delivery, is missing packaging, or has been altered, returns may be refused.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return request:

  1. Contact our Customer Support within 7 days of delivery via:
  2. Include in your message:
    • Your order number
    • Photos clearly showing the defect/damage
    • A brief description of the issue
  3. Once approved, we will send you return instructions and an authorized return address.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service (e.g., TCS, DHL, or another reputable courier).
  • FMM Watches is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Original shipping charges and any cash‑on‑delivery fees (if applicable) are non‑refundable.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we currently process refunds only for eligible items.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, please place a new order and return the original item following the return process above.


6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
  • We will evaluate the evidence and, where approved, arrange a refund or replacement.
  • In cases of damage/defect, FMM Watches may cover one way return shipping.

7. Final Sale Items

Some items (e.g., discounted, clearance, or final sale watches) may be marked non‑returnable on the product page. These items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective at the time of delivery.


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is processed for shipment, cancellations are no longer possible. If you receive a notification that your item has shipped, please follow the return process above.
